SUMMARY:Celebrate Cultural Diversity 2024
DESCRIPTION: \nCome join us as we celebrate the many cultures that make up our Norwich community. Our goal to increase awareness of our area’s cultural diversity\, and to highlight the area’s multicultural resources. The event is hosted by the Norwich Rotary Club\, Rotary Community Corps\, and the Norwich Sunrise Rotary Club.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe event starts at 5 pm when the ethnic foods\, highlighting our area restaurants\, can be tried as you enjoy the music and dancing from countries around the world.\n\n\n \n\n\nAt 6:45 pm\, we will present the Lottie B. Scott Diversity Award and Community Diversity Award to a resident and organization\, respectively\, who helped promote peace and understanding within our diverse community. \n\n\n \n\n\nFREE! ***Entertainment throughout the evening*** FREE!\n\n \nMany local and diverse entertainment acts.\n\n \n\n\nEverything takes place at Chelsea Parade on Broadway and Union Street in Norwich.\n\nThe event itself is free to attend\, and food tickets to try the food from our wonderful local restaurants are an amazingly low $10 for an individual.
