Rotarians with guests: Andrew Nollman brought Randy Gallogly. Stan Lucas hosted his daughter, Anna, and incoming Rotarian Isabel Del Vecchio. Michael Vaz invited Erin McBride; he was unable to attend so she was “adopted” by Molly Bruno. Mary Richardson introduced her sister, Fran Brunault. Mike Matera brought his son, Jonathan who just started back to school.
Membership Minute: Isabel Del Vecchio was inducted as the club’s newest member! And we had cake!

The Rotary Golf Tournament is next Wednesday, September 3rd. Barry Shead is still looking for volunteers. There will be no noontime meeting at Bella Fiore.
Celebrate Cultural Diversity will be held on Monday, September 29th from 5-8 PM at Chelsea Parade. Please contact Steve if you are able to help.

Happy Dollars: with Andy Grant
Andy is pleased to announce that he has a 7th grandchild on the way.
Jen Granger is happy to be back after missing a few meetings. She recently spent her birthday in Europe. Her husband had a health scare, but is now on the mend. She happened to see Rotarian Mike Gordon at her husband’s rehab center. We took a group video that Jen will share with Mike.
Molly Bruno congratulated Isabel on her new club membership and will be having a long weekend away.
Stan Lucas’s sister passed away peacefully at 93 years of age. He has hired a personal trainer for two days per week. Stan welcomed Mary’s sister, Fran.
Kim Tondreau has missed some meetings due to her father’s illness. Despite that, she has been happy to see many family members.
Rodney Green gave $30 to celebrate that we had 30 people attending the meeting!
Auction: Jim Daly donated $20.
Lottery: with Bill Champagne. No one drew the Ace of Spades and the cookies were sent around the room.
Program: Steven and Kathie Perry from Bags of Hope told us that many children in foster care carry their belongings in garbage bags. Bags of Hope gives out monogramed duffle bags filled with comfort items. Steven and Kathie are based in Plainfield; there are Bags of Hope chapters in 12 states.
