Optometrist Clarence Spear was the eighth President of the Norwich Rotary Club, serving in the 1927-28 year.
He was born on May 31st, 1887, the son of Hiram and Gertrude Spear.
Clarence Spear married Mabel. They had one daughter, M. Elizabeth.
Clarence Austin Spear passed away on December 3, 1955.
