Hugh Baird Campbell, MD was the fifth President of the Norwich Rotary Club, serving in the 1924-25 year.
He was born June 6th, 1885 in Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania, the son of Hugh Campbell and his wife Margaret (Williams). He lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for a time; before moving first to New London, and then to Norwich in 1920.
On October 26, 1922, he married Emily Silver Galbreath. The couple had two children, a son, Hugh, Jr., and daughter Jean.
Dr. Hugh Campbell passed away in Norwich on January 16, 1974.
