Fellowship: No birthdays or anniversaries. Many guests! Kathryn Tracey brought Antonio Giulini and Lynne Hall. Jim O’Shea hosted his neighbor, Tim Job. Lynne is filling out a membership application!
Michael Vaz did his first Fellowship and talked about important and interesting things that have happened on September 2nd.
Membership Minute: Jim O’Shea passed out invitation cards for Rotary lunch. He encouraged us to ask business associates, friends, and neighbors to come to a meeting.
Announcements: Rotary golf is next Wednesday, so there will be no regular meeting.
Celebrate Cultural Diversity will be Monday, September 28th on Chelsea Parade.
Happy Dollars: with Andy Grant
Mary Richardson brought a Christmas stocking to remind everyone that September Happy Dollars will benefit the Tommy Toy Fund. She also instituted a $20 challenge.
Kathryn Tracey, Mike Cooney, Steve Martin, Andrew Nollman, Mike Matera, and others gave to the Tommy Toy Fund challenge and to welcome our guests.
Lottery: with Barry Shead. Lots of cards, so no winners. Roz Etra won the cookies and happily shared them.
Special Presentation: Stan welcomed Nancy Gentes to the front to receive her Paul Harris Fellow +2 recognition pin.
We closed the meeting with The Four Way Test.
