Paul Franklin was the 24th President of the Norwich Rotary Club, serving from 1943-44.
Franklin was born in Rhode Island on January 21st, 1892.
He was the President of the Case Insurance Agency, and later the New London County Mutual Fire Insurance Company
Franklin was a Notary Public.
Paul Franklin and his wife Winifred M Franklin had one daughter, Winifred J Franklin.
He passed away on October 19th, 1985. He is buried in Yantic Cemetary.
